The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a pretty square and close to shops and amenities. It was convenient to explore the city on foot. the service provided by the front desk staff and the porter was really good. They were helpful, providing us with recommendations on the best areas to visit and dine, and ensuring we had a map to navigate around. Their excellent service added to our experience.
The breakfast restaurant was disappointing, with very limited selection and average quality.

The location of Radisson Collection was perfect, right in front of Plaza Magdalena and within walking distance of many attractions. The hotel's facilities were pristine and modern, giving it a cool atmosphere. We were particularly impressed with the staff, especially Cristina and Javier. Cristina were really nice too make our stay enjoyable, recommending restaurants and making reservations for us. Her affable and helpful nature enhanced our experience. The entire staff was great, and we would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

We had an fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city center, within walking distance to all the main sights of this beautiful city. The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were great, with spacious rooms that werevery comfy and tidy. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff, especially Sophia and Juan at the front desk, were really good.

This hotel is a gem in terms of luxury and style. From the moment we arrived until we left, the staff made us feel pampered and taken care of. the outdoor swimming pool is an oasis and the sun loungers are so comfortable, perfect for a lazy afternoon. the rooftop bar is a great spot to enjoy a cocktail and soak up the views of the city. the room had exclusive amenities and the in-room breakfast was a treat. the location is ideal for visiting all major tourist attractions.
The only minor issue was the lack of soundproofing in the room. We could hear street noise and nearby restaurants at night, which disturbed our sleep.

Spacious and well-equipped corner room with minimal noise. Delicious breakfast with great coffee and orange juice. Friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely nothing.

From the stunning outdoor swimming pool to the exclusive sun terrace, this hotel had everything I needed to relax and unwind.
The only minor issue I encountered was a lack of sun loungers on the rooftop pool area. this didn't detract from the overall experience and the attentive service more than made up for it.
